Step：

Check the library catalog and e-Resources for the item you need and make sure it is not available in the library before sending the request.
Log in user ID/ password (same as your portal account)
Fill in the details, including journal title, ISSN, year, volume, issue & pages.
Go to the library desk to collect the copies when you receive the email notification.
